Traffic counts do not remain constant and can vary significantly from day-to-day, month-to-month, or during various times throughout the year. Roadway construction, time of year, and accidents are among those events that can contribute to these fluctuations.
KMPO collects traffic counts from member jurisdictions. Historical counts are maintained by KMPO and are available as a reference.

The Idaho Transportation Department Automatic Traffic Recorder (ATR) data can be viewed at a district or statewide level. These devices are permanent roadside systems which collect various types of traffic data.
